SC Rules
Dear All,
The relevant portions are the ones discussed in the last class.
I am travelling and not in Delhi. I am unable to take calls and reply to so many mails.
As for Insurance, I have already put a list of relevant case laws.
On Court craft, we have extensively discussed the SC Rules. I have not dealt with Delhi HC Rules, as I was told Mr. Kumar Saurabh was teaching the same.
Since the rules are procedural, no specific section can be pinpointed as important. However, question paper of previous years usually has one question on HC Rules and/or SC Rules. The parts on jurisdiction and functioning of Court are most important.
Read up the bare provisions and for IP exams one could look up the standard case laws.

Dear all,
I am overwhelmed with the response.
I enjoyed teaching at ALS as well, specially certain sections in the 4th year classroom. It has been an enrichening experience for me as well.
Hope in the future, the section of students interested in learning ‘any’ law at Amity Law School grows beyond the miniscule minority.
